How to Use Your FreezeSleeve for Cold and Hot Therapy

Store your FreezeSleeve in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. The product can be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use, and it will remain flexible when frozen. Remove the product prior to defrosting the freezer. Cold therapy will last 15-20 minutes.

To use your FreezeSleeve for hot therapy, remove it from the storage bag and microwave for 30 seconds. Hold the sleeve firmly against the skin - it should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Reheat in 10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.

Always store your FreezeSleeve in the provided resealable and recyclable bag, keeping it sealed when not in use or when stored in the freezer. This will help the sleeve stay flexible when frozen.

If you're between sizes, it's recommended to order the larger size to ensure a proper fit and effective cold therapy with compression.

To clean, use a damp cloth to gently rub the outer fabric layer. Allow the FreezeSleeve to fully air dry before returning it to the freezer. Do not get the sleeve wet.
